Dear Sirs / Madam,
We are addressing you with an inquiry after regular monthly deliveries of sorted waste materials based on polypropylene and polyethylene, preferably from manufacturing plants, and/or cleaned or washed waste materials containing no metallic, nonmetallic and other mineral particles and no chemical compounds, oils, lubricants, vegetal or food residues. The materials supplied are intended to be processed directly by our company.
We are able to purchase the above materials, after approval of their quality and form of sample deliveries (1 pallet), in lots of 15-20 tons (truck, container) in quantities of about 100-200 tons per month.
The waste should be deposited in pressed bales on pallets. The material must not be damp.
We are able to purchase the materials even on the basis of a long-term general contract. The total annual quantity of the materials can reach up to 2000 tons.

More detailed specification of the secondary raw material:
Materials: Polypropylele, polyethylene and/or their mixtures.
Forms: Sheets, sachets, bags, foodstuff packages, trimmings, monofilament fibres, multifilament fibres, nets, ropes, fabrics, tapes, webbings, used bulk bags, tubes, pipes, bobbins, mouldings, extruded articles, bands, cords, crushed material.
Packaging: Pressed bales, bound bales, bags, other transportable forms, always on pallet.
Condition: Materials shall be dry, washed, cleaned, sorted, containing no other synthetic materials (PET, PA, PES, ABS), absolutely free from dangerous substances, dyestuffs, heavy metals, chemical compounds and radioactive materials.
Physical properties: MFI 2 - 15g/10min. (PP sheets, packages, cords, ropes).
MFI 18 - 25g/10min. (PP fibres).
MFI 0.2 - 2 g/10min. (polyethylene).
Colour, stabilization: Preferably single-colour materials but multicolour materials can be also accepted, with or without UV stabilization.

The primary production program of the company INOVAC s.r.o. is vacuum forming of plastic packages for automotive, electro-technical and consumer industry. These packages are produced using films and boards made from PVC, PET, PP, ABS, PE and polycarbonate with the thickness form 0,2 to 10 mm.
